The pre-vote flow pattern I have tagged twice in 2025 is setting up again. The shape: two or three large wallets accumulate voting weight in the 72 hours before a quorum window, but they do not cast votes themselves. Instead, they move tokens to a cluster of smaller wallets that have coordinated voting history, which then vote in the final hours. It is a distribution-to-proxies pattern, not a direct expression.
